3. Nature of Our Service — Important Notice

Florist Mia operates as a flower delivery coordination service. We connect customers with trusted local florists across Italy. By placing an order, you understand and accept the following conditions inherent to our service.

3.1 Perishable Products & Substitutions

• The exact flowers, colours or specific varieties shown in product images may not always be available at the time of your order or delivery.
• Where necessary, the assigned florist may substitute one or more flower types, colours or elements with alternatives of equal or greater value, prioritising the agreed delivery date and the overall quality of the arrangement.
• We will always endeavour to maintain the style, occasion suitability and visual impression of your chosen arrangement.
• Where a substitution would significantly alter the arrangement, or stock limitations are substantial, your order may be suspended pending your confirmation.

3.2 Weekend & Public Holiday Availability

• Delivery on weekends and public holidays may be subject to reduced availability and cannot be guaranteed in all areas.
• If delivery cannot be completed on the requested date due to florist unavailability, we will contact you to agree on the earliest possible alternative date.
• No surcharge will be applied without your explicit agreement for changes arising from weekend or holiday constraints.

3.3 Order Suspension & Customer Communication

Your order may be temporarily suspended if the required flowers or products are unavailable, a suitable substitution cannot be identified, there are delivery logistics issues, or your confirmation is required before proceeding.

We will contact you as promptly as possible by email, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Facebook Messenger, or any other contact method you have shared with us.

Your order will be resumed when the products become available, you accept an alternative, or a suitable solution is identified. If we cannot reach you within a reasonable time and the order cannot be fulfilled, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. A delivery fee of €9.90 applies to all orders. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; however, orders confirmed before a price change will be honoured at the original price.

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase; a binding contract is formed only upon our written confirmation.

5. Delivery

Florist Mia coordinates delivery through its network of local partner florists. Delivery is available across Italy, subject to local florist availability. Your selected delivery date and time slot are treated as a preference and are not a guaranteed commitment, in particular where circumstances described in Section 3 apply.

Recipient contact details, including name, address and phone number, will be shared with the assigned local florist solely for the purpose of completing the delivery.

6. Electronic Communication

By using this website, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically, including by email and messaging applications, and that such communications satisfy any legal requirement for written form.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Florist Mia. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control their content and accept no responsibility for them. Visiting third-party websites is at your own risk.

9. Responsible Use
