If significant substitutions are necessary, the florist will use flowers of equal or greater value.
2. Delivery Times
Although Florist Mia makes every effort to respect the delivery time preference selected by the customer, delivery times are not guaranteed as fixed appointments unless specifically agreed for occasions such as funerals or weddings. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, adverse weather, strikes, or incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the sender.
3. Accuracy of Information
The sender is solely responsible for the accuracy of the recipient’s details, including name, address and phone number. If delivery cannot be completed because the information is incorrect or the recipient cannot be reached, Florist Mia is not required to refund the cost of the flowers. Subject to assessment, a second delivery attempt may be arranged and may involve additional charges.
