Local florists: To fulfil your order, we share the recipient’s name, delivery address, phone number, card message and delivery instructions with the assigned local florist partner. This data is used for delivery purposes.
Payment providers: Payments are processed by secure third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Florist Mia does not store your full card details.
Hosting and technical providers: Our website is hosted on Aruba S.p.A. servers located in Italy/EU. Technical providers may access data only as necessary to provide maintenance or infrastructure services.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.
5. Recipient Anonymity
If the sender requests anonymity, the sender’s personal details will not be shared with the recipient. The recipient will only see the card message, if any, and the relevant Florist Mia or florist branding.
